In this talk, the Bergama Theatre Festival discusses the issue of Equality in the Creative Field with local and national representatives from the performing arts space, and includes women professionals in this year&#8217;s program of the festival.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The discussion process, which started with the closing session of the WOW Istanbul Festival held in Istanbul in March, with the cooperation of the British Council Turkey and the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (\u0130KSV), was followed by the report titled \u201cGender in the World of Culture and Art,\u201d published in April as part of \u0130KSV&#8217;s Cultural Policy Studies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Bergama Theatre Festival, which took over the flag, approaches the subject in terms of steps that can be taken in performance arts and local cultural policies.
